Refund & Returns Policy

1. Services
Our sessions, courses and workshops are delivered as live or recorded experiences. Because services are delivered and consumed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once completed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked session at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged, at our discretion.
3. Refunds
If we are unable to deliver a session you have paid for (for example, due to unavailability on our side), you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule. If you are dissatisfied with a completed session, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.
4. Digital products
Recordings, e-books and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via our contact page or WhatsApp with your order details. We respond within 3–5 business days.
