Chakra
A chakra is an energy wheel in the subtle body that governs physical, emotional and spiritual functions. Seven major chakras run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. When a chakra is open and flowing, its qualities express cleanly; when blocked, the related life area tends to stagnate. Chakra work in energy healing assesses each wheel, clears congestion and restores rotation.
