Biparjoy in your mind

As you know biparjoy was moving towards Gujrat.

My car was moving forward from Thane to Mumbai on the Eastern Express highway; once you cross the toll plaza, there comes the overbridge

There is one more overbridge which is over Mulund-Airoli Road. This junction is bustling with traffic but crossing over the bridge is very easy.

Airoli is the city on the road from Thane to Navi Mumbai and connects to Mumbai-Pune highway.

If you do not cross over the bridge and turn left, the road goes straight to Airoli and to reach Airoli, you need to cross one more toll plaza.

After crossing the Thane toll plaza, it took five minutes to cross two bridges, but the car is stuck in traffic as soon as it crossed the toll, Google map was showing 25 minutes of traffic.

I am not writing Google map here. I am just explaining the context, something interesting about the human mind.

Now the mind started playing tricks and the conversation in the car started

I am sharing some of the most exciting observations, and I had no clue where it was coming from, here it is…

Person 1: “Oh, ideally, this road should not have traffic something must have happened.”

Person 2: “There must be some accident, there are lots of heavy-duty trucks. One of them must have toppled.”

After we moved a few meters ahead

Person 1: “They must have diverted traffic from Thane Navi Mumbai road to here.”

Person 2: “Yes, there is an alert of Biperjoy, because of the Biperjoy alert, the traffic is diverted.”

Person 1: “Something must have happened at Airoli Mulund Junction, the toll plaza at Airoli Road may not be working.”

As the car was moving slowly, someone from behind us constantly honked.

I was thinking, if the car could move forward, why will it not? This simple point the driver behind us was not realising.

Now we were approaching near the second bridge and what I saw surprised me.

The traffic was stuck only for some indiscipline driving the vehicles on the left wanted to come on the bridge there of the flow of traffic that wanted to turn left was stuck.

Now imagine the conversation I was listening to in the car.

The point is we never realise, by thinking such not required thoughts:

– how much energy we consume?

– how much energy do we disturb?

– how much impact does it have on our work?

We need to train our mind.

And STOP the biparjoy in your mind.

It’s happening everywhere with everyone at all the time.

Note: Do you want to stop wasting your energy on trivial issues and change it for productive and creative use. Yes, then you must attend Shakti Sadhana, will announce new dates soon.
